Offering a vintage digital PDF crochet pattern to make a beautiful Christmas Tree with pineapple branches in soft crochet cotton thread!
Finished size will be 11" tall x 10.5" diameter of base.
Requires crochet cotton thread no. 30, beads, tree/cone shaped styrofoam, #8 steel hook, stiffener, tacky glue, paper towels, plastic wrap and a small amount of fiberfill.
** Please note - the pattern calls for a now discontinued Christmas tree styrofoam cone that breaks down into 7 rings & a base. An alternate foam cone and some ingenuity is required as the original cone is no longer in production. One customer improvised by using a regular tall styrofoam cone and made strategic cross-cuts that allowed each doily to drape in a manner that looks like tree boughs. One could also cut such a cone into 7 separate rings as well which could do the job nicely**
