Instructions for two different skirts in two different sizes are given.

25 ( 28.5)" waists and 35.5 ( 38.5)" hips.

Long skirts feature ruffle flounce bottoms and waistbands with zipper and hook & eye back closures.

Easy sew instructions, includes step by step written directions and charted pattern pieces. Pieces will need to be enlarged via grid method ( 1 square = 3.5"). Transfering design and enlarging instructions are included.

Full size templates for flower motifs is include as well as supplementary "Painting on Cotton Fabric" instructions.
