The poinsettia and star are pieced like patchwork blocks and are, in fact based on quilt patterns. The snowflake is cut as one large hexagon, and the design is appliqued with twill tape.

These are machine stitched and each consists of a front, back with a light batting center.
Finished sizes are not mentioned in this retro pattern, but size can be imagined by viewing photos.
