Both pieces are stitched in easy stockinette stitch, and top has ribbed edging and fold over neck. Skirt is knitted in 4 panels of diagonal stripes. The thinner black and white stripes are crocheted on after the knitted panels are finished.
For both, sizes are for Small (6-8). Changes for Medium (10-12) and Large (14-16) are in parentheses.
