Gorgeous, retro '80s open cardigan styled sweater jacket has soft ribbing and a fan-like sculptural look, reminiscent of butterfly wings!
Jacket consists of three basic pieces ( 2 front pcs, one back). The back is worked in knit-2-purl-2 ribbing to the armholes and stitches are added at the sides for sleeves. Ribbing on the front sections increases as you go along, creating a beautiful fan effect.
Fit is loose and lofty and pattern instructs for "one size fits most women", with instruction to increase the size if necessary.
Requires 10 ply worsted yarn, no. 10 circular needle, 1 stitch holder and 2 ring markers.
