This mid '80s Nautical sweater can be made for all members of the family: "Captain", "First Mate", "Cabin Boy". Curiously, this vintage pattern does not have Cabin Girl for girls but they could perhaps be a "First Mate" or "Captain!".

Knitted in four separate pieces (front, back & sleeves) then sewn together.

To fit bust/chest 34 (36, 38, 40, 42) in., 87 (92, 97, 102, 107) cm

Length 24 (25.5, 26.5, 27, 28) in., 61 (65, 67, 69, 71) cm

Sleeve 19.25 (19.25, 19.75, 20, 20) in., 49 (49, 50, 51, 51) cm

Materials required:

4-ply fingering weight yarn, pairs of straight needles: US 2 - 2.75 mm and US 3 - 3.25 mm
