Offering a vintage digital PDF cross stitch pattern to make 12 beautiful Victorian themed bookmarks with 14 count Aida cloth!
Patterns are stitched onto Aida, then folded behind and glued closed. Lace, ribbon and bead embellishments can be added for beautification :).
Pattern includes charts with stitch and color keys.
Color keys for DMC as well as Anchor threads are given.
Charts are in black and white and it is recommended to refer to the color photo for additional assistance.
Stitches used are full crosses, back stitch and french knots.
It is recommended to use 2 strands of floss for the full crosses and 1 strand for the backstitch unless otherwise noted :).
Stitch and french knot instructions are not included.
** Please note ; this vintage pattern is from a kit where the premade bookmarks were provided. To make these pretty designs into bookmarks, use twice the amount of Aida and fold it to the back, glue and add lace trim :) ....it is suggested to visit this link for further instruction :):
