Each pup holds two rolls of toilet tissue each. The cardboard tube is removed from the top roll and the toilet issue pulls out from the inside of the roll through a top opening in the puppy's hat or behind :).
Great gift for a doggie lover.
Finished project measurements are not given in this retro pattern, but envisioning 2 rolls each per pup, size may be somewhat guesstimated by looking at photo.
