The granny dolls are sold on eBay and other venues - the doll fits over a cone-shaped air freshener canister like Renuzit, and it may also stand alone. The outfit then is slipped over the doll. Fill her pockets with miniature doll house sized food boxes and cans ( approx 1 inch tall).
